I agree to Slipstream Digital accessing and reviewing my/the business' online content.
I understand that Slipstream Digital will/may liase with existing digital marketing vendors for analysis, reporting and content updates.
I understand that both business and contact information will be stored by Slipstream Digital and may be used for communications and marketing purposes.
Information will not be sold or supplied to others without prior consent from the business owner.
I understand that any advice, guidance and management does not guarantee success but aims to improve value and ROI of existing efforts.
I acknowledge that Slipstream Digital may require access to website and other online platforms such as Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn to perform content updates. This will be requested formally via appropriate platforms.
I authorise Slipstream Digital to take or use photos of the business premises, team members, show rooms, products or projects to use for marketing and promotional and content updates if/when required or as directed by business owner.
I authorise Slipstream Digital to use the business' URL and contact details to link to other relevant, local businesses to create a resilient digital network of local businesses to support local SEO (eg. Using Slipstream Digital directories to link to related businesses or services like a digital referral network)
I understand that to get the best value from Slipstream Digital's services, consistent communication is key to optimising all performance.
I acknowledge that while no minimum commitment periods are enforced, the service provided by Slipstream Digital is designed as a long term, quality managed solution and that it takes time to build presence and see results. Slipstream Digital is proud of our experience and service times however, we're often at the mercy of external vendors.
If the agreement between your business and Slipstream Digital is ceased, a minimum of 30 days notice is appreciated.
No refunds - if the agreement is ceased, then billing will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
Business profile page required to be eligible to advertise in ‘additional regions’ or be shown in the ‘Highlights’ sections.
Business needs to have physical location or have primary service area in regions to be eligible to advertise.
Business needs to service the entire Mid North Coast to be eligible to advertise in the ‘Coast Highlights’ section of the showcase.
Billing for the Business Showcase is charged annually (inclusive of GST) and will automatically be invoiced each 12 months. Contact prior to renewal will be attempted however if unsuccessful, payment of recurring invoice demonstrates acceptance of Terms and Conditions for the proceeding 12 month period. Non payment of invoice and inability to contact will result in the business profile page being removed from the showcase within 30 days of overdue account.
